YAME-CHA (Green Tea)
Green tea is one of the specialties of Fukuoka Prefecture. It is distributed throughout Japan under the brand name YAME-CHA. Supported by a long tradition of using the finest production techniques, YAME-CHA has an excellent reputation as a high-quality tea.Tea bags: Place one tea bag in a teapot and fill it with hot water. One tea bag can make up to 5-6 cups of tea. Alternatively, place a tea bag in a cup and fill it with hot water. For a cold drink, place two tea bags in a jug with 1.0 litter of cold water.
Matcha: This is powdered green tea of the finest quality. Try using the highly valued and highly aromatic Yame matcha when cooking, especially for desserts.
